HORSES FOR SALE

Dingle Horse Riding is always on the lookout for new horses. Every season brings new horses into the yard, but because all horses have different personalities, some of them are not suited to trekking. This means that we often have horses for sale. Below are some of the horses that we are currently looking to sell.

Ruby

RubyRuby is a 9 year old, 15.3h thoroughbred chestnut mare and she is registered with Weatherbys Ireland.

Ruby is an extremely quiet and sweet natured horse, she would be ideal for novice and advanced riders, she does not have a typical thoroughbred temperament as is very calm and placid. She is ridden in a French link snaffle and is nicely responsive.

Ruby has 3 lovely paces, and makes a fantastic alrounder. She has a great jump on her, well able to compete in the 1m rounds, very honest and safe.
Ruby is great out on the roads, 100% in the traffic, easy going and fun.

Ruby is currently at the yard, and is being ridden by a 14year old girl, she excellent to shoe, box etc. Her teeth and back have just been done, she is shod fit and ready to go.

Ruby would make an excellent horse for someone wanting to do a bit of everything, her temperament is hard to come by in thoroughbreds and we want her to now move on to a loving home.

Monty

MonthyMonty is a beautiful 16.3h just turned 8 year old Irish Sports Horse, he is a chestnut gelding out of a Clover Hill Mare. He comes with a full green passport.

Monty is a great alrounder and a fabulous experienced hunter, he will take you anywhere and over everything. He is excellent on the roads and with the traffic. He is very easy to handle in and out the stable. Although more of a hunter he is also able for a bit of showjumping/dressage, and he will work in a nice outline.

Monty needs to go to experienced home were he can build a relationship with someone, he is a genuine horse but we think he may have been miss treated in the past. Montys only fault is that it is easier to mount him from the offside, this is something that will become easier with trust and a good relationship.

Monty is perfect to shoe and box, he has just had his teeth and back done, he is wormed, in great condition, shod and ready to go.
